I want to talk about something that keeps happening. People are booking free calls—and then not showing up. No cancellation. No reschedule. Just silence.
I know life gets busy. I know people get nervous. I know sometimes we hit “schedule” when we’re in a moment of hope or panic, and by the time the call rolls around, we’ve convinced ourselves we don’t need it.
But here’s the thing: These calls are real.
When I offer my time, I show up prepared. I’ve read what you wrote. I’ve created space in my day. I’m thinking about how to support you—whether we work together or not. These aren’t sales pitches. They’re real conversations, meant to bring clarity, support, and sometimes validation you didn’t even know you needed.
That’s why I’m making a few small changes:
Going forward, these will now be called Intro Calls, and they’ll require a $25 fee to book. That fee will be applied to your first full session if we decide to work together.
This isn’t about punishment but rather commitment. It’s about valuing both of our time and energy.
I want to keep offering these calls but I also want to work in integrity—with myself, with my schedule, and with the people who are ready to take that first step.
You’ll also notice that there aren’t a ton of Intro Calls offered on my calendar. That’s intentional. I have a full client base, and I prioritize my 1:1 clients—not just in our sessions, but in the support I give between them. I also guard time for myself and my daughter. I’m a single mom, and like so many of you, I’m doing a lot with the time I have.
