6 Session Package – Trauma Bond Recovery
We bypass the Discovery Session and go right into healing. This is a 6 session package, to use as you see fit, when you want them, within 6 months.
1:1 coaching includes 6 – one hour sessions, complementary 15 minute check-ins in between calls, a customized Slack channel to keep us connected, and keep you accountable, and unlimited emails, texts and access to me (read: if you need to vent, i’m here!).
